‘Bees and Butterflies’ workshop

[ August 8, 2012; 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. ] The first of our summer holiday workshops are based on the ‘Bees and Butterflies’ theme. Activities include building bee homes, planting nectar-rich containers, sowing wildflowers and making a willow butterfly.

Location : Nature’s Way HQ @ Bere Farm, Lytchett Minster.

Cost : £20

‘Muddy Fingers’ workshop

[ August 16, 2012; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. ] Time to get the wellies on for our Muddy Fingers workshop … with plenty of ‘grow-your-own’ and gardening activities, such as planting hanging baskets, sowing seeds, making a wormery, painting and planting terracotta pots.

‘Little Critters’ workshop

[ August 28, 2012; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. ] Our third workshop of the summer holidays is all about mini-beasts. We’ll be building a bug hotel, making hedgehog and bumblebee homes, aswell as making a willow snail and planting wildlife containers.

Dinosaur and Fairy Garden Workshop

[ August 31, 2012; 9:30 am to 10:30 am. ] We will be creating two landscapes in this parent and toddler workshop … based on a dinosaur and fairy theme. A painted tyre will be used as a container which we will plant up and assemble to make a creative, imaginary world and decorated with additional crafty bits n bobs!

Feel free to bring toys along!
